I was attending a spinning class the other week and this song was in it. I loved i in an instant! And I have come to the conclusion that I havet to include this in my next spinning class aswell!

I had this spinning class last thursday that was REALLY fun! And when I say really fun I mean REALLY… FUN! All the spots were filled and everyone was thrilled to do some spinning. I felt the atmosphere right from the start and then tried to build it up during the class. And when we came to the last songs and I asked them if they were ready, they yelled back at me! :). Then when we pushed on through too the end of the hill we were climbing people started to scream at each other with positive comments and stuff like that. I LOVE IT! I want more of that, too bad that the classes always are half-full otherwise. But I’ll enjoy that moment for a while now. mmmmm
